All the offerings below are currently being offered in private gardens and on Zoom. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a session. All classes are appropriate for people with or without yoga, qigong, dance or meditation experience and can be private, semi-private (2-3 people) or small group (4-10) classes. COVID-19 safety measures are enforced.

Utilizing props to achieve physical, mental and emotional balance.
Benefits: Enhances flexibility, relaxes the body, stills the mind, balances the nervous system and boosts the immune system.
A series of long-held, passive floor poses that target the ligaments, bones, and joints.
Benefits: Improves joint mobility and flexibility, increases circulation, reduces stress and anxiety, and calms the mind and body.
A physically active, flowing moving meditation that focuses on moving in and out of yoga poses with the breath.
Benefits: Burns calories, strengthens cardiovascular system and stamina, increases strength and flexibility, tones muscles, and calms the mind.
Yin Practice followed by Yang Practice

Creative, Flowing, Expressive, Celebratory Movement to music followed by Yoga.

YOGA NIDRA AKA Sleep Yoga
Anybody can do it! Quiet the mind and enter a blissful meditative state while resting comfortably. Enjoy full-body relaxation and emerge feeling completely rejuvenated.
Benefits: Reduces tension, stress and anxiety, releases emotions, improves sleep, relaxes the body, trains the mind, awakens creativity, increases learning and memory capacity.
Deepen flexibility and strengthen mind/body awareness and coordination practicing yoga utilizing a chair.
Benefits: Builds strength, increases flexibility, develops proprioception (knowing where our body is in space), reduces stress, relaxes the body, quiets the mind, improves mental clarity and decreases impact of chronic pain.
