Yoga, Qigong, Mindful Movement and Meditation: Combination of Yoga, Qigong, Gentle Mindful Movements and Guided Meditation to allow you and your family, friends or co-workers to stretch, strengthen, breathe, focus and relax. Class begins with 40 minutes of mindful movements and yoga followed by 20 minutes of guided meditation.
