All offerings are appropriate for everyone and can be private, semi-private (2-3 People) or small group (4-10) classes.

Yoga/Mindful Movement/Meditation at Work

Yoga/Mindful Movement/Meditation at Work: Combination of Yoga, Gentle Mindful Movements and Guided Meditation to allow you and your co-workers to stretch, strengthen, breathe, focus and relax. Class begins with 40 minutes of mindful movements and yoga followed by 20 minutes of guided meditation.

Benefits: Reduces stress, relaxes the body, increases awareness and ability to focus, and enhances over all health, creativity and productivity.

Outdoor Yoga and Meditation

Enjoy yoga at the beach, a forest, a park or your back yard. Breathe fresh air and be inspired by nature. Explore a full range of standing and seated yoga poses with the sky above us and earth below. Each class will conclude with a short guided meditation.

Benefits: Align with nature, develop inner and outer strength, increase balancing skills, quiet the mind, energize and relax the body.
